Our most frequent communication is with the owner's representative and the property manager, however there are times when tenants will speak directly with our on-site people. Not to worry. Our superintendents have great people skills and understand how to properly communicate in a polite and effective manner. Lines of communication are established in the first on-site project meeting.
"Who is managing my project?" You are in good hands. Our superintendents have years of experience building retail projects. Our management team in the field and in the office are thinkers and doers, not whiners and finger pointers. Every project can have challenges; our people proactively suggest and find prompt solutions to them.
