We have a long track record of successfully completed renovation projects. Our management team specializes in this type of work and the unique construction, logistical, and communication challenges it presents. We are sensitive to the ongoing operations of businesses and we do our best to create a plan that will minimize impact on the existing tenants while achieving the project's scheduling requirements. We will implement from day one a plan that addresses these and other key concerns and issues:

• overall sequencing and phasing plan
• pedestrian access into operating stores
• traffic routing and parking impact
• safety and cleanliness

"What can we do to minimize the chance for the existing tenants to get upset with the construction activities going on around their operating businesses?" Constant communication is of utmost importance. Our most frequent communication is with the owner's representative and the property manager, however there are times when tenants will speak directly with our on-site people. Not to worry. Our superintendents have great people skills and understand how to properly communicate in a polite and effective manner. Lines of communication are established in the first on-site project meeting.

"Who is managing my project?" You are in good hands. Our superintendents have years of experience building retail projects. Our management team in the field and in the office are thinkers and doers, not whiners and finger pointers. Every project can have challenges; our people proactively suggest and find prompt solutions to them. As mentioned, they also understand the people side of the business as well as the technical side of construction.
